Orange Burst
These items are all hand decorated using resin, inks, paints, pastes and glitters. They are stunningly beautiful and each one is a work of art. No two items will be the same.
Orange Burst is an absolute STAND OUT. Trust me, no-one is going to NOT notice this drink tumbler. Super reflective and very sparkly, this tumbler is basically telling everyone to "LOOK AT ME"!
Orange Burst is a 20oz insulated, food grade tumbler which come with a lid. This item is being offered as a second as there is a rattle inside the cup wall. In no way does it detract from the look of the cup, but I cannot guarrantee the insulation quality. However, I do not believe that there will be any huge noticeable difference in retaining temperature of your beverages.
As this is being offered as a second (and at a considerable discount), the item is unable to be personalised as is being sold 'as is'.
Normal handwash (no dishwasher or soaking).
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Each item is handcrafted. This means that there may be slight imperfections, in the finish. This is normal and will not affect the use of the item. I have personally quality checked each item and where evidence of imprefection is identified, it may be left as I believe that it adds character, or at least, does not take away from the end result. In purchasing one of my items, you understand and agree to this, and as such, there is no refund or return on items that are not "perfect" in the finish.
In purchasing one of my resin items, you understand that whilst epoxy resin is a hard, durable product, it is in no way indestructable. If the bottle/cup/tumbler/mug etc is dropped on a hard surfce, the epoxy finish can crack, chip or break. This is deemed as user fault and is not subject to a refund or a return. If however, you would like a repair, please contact me to discuss.
Graceful Impressions will not be held responsible for the product after it has been received as we have no way of determining the usage and care of said item once it is out of our possession.
Of course, in the case of a faulty item, plese contact me directly to discuss. Initial contacts regarding faulty products MUST be received within 5 days of receival.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The item you are purchasing has been handcrafted over many hours. I have put a lot of thought and effort into creating each and every piece, so I tell you this in order for you to get years of enjoyment from your item.....make sure you follow the care instructions!!
DO NOT place in the dishwasher or soak in sink. Warm normal handwashing is perfectly ok for the item. DO NOT place in microwave (it is metal under all that resin and pigments). You will likely give yourself a heart attack when your microwave explodes.
AVOID dropping the item on hard solid surface (including the ground) as you may break the hard glasslike finish.
POSTAGE
If you require postage, you will automatically be allocated usual standard Aust Post charges. However, if there is a rush to get it to you, then please contact me to arrange Express Post and pay the extra fees associated.
