Ahh....we are coming to the pointy end of December. Many of us have finished our Christmas shopping. Some of us have not even started! Gulp. I'm proud to say I fall into the "prepared" category this year. I was on the ball early on and ordered a number of gifts online. I supported some smaller places but I also unfortunately threw some of my money down the throats of some of the big corporations. I like to think that even though they are the big cheeses in retail, they are in fact employing local people and in a way, I am supporting local. Kind of.
However, for those people that purchased off ME this year, I want to say a BIG FAT THANKS to each and every one of you. Because I am definitely NOT a big corp and every cent I make either gets put back into my own business to make it better for you the customers (more choice of products, better equipment to do orders..) or it pays for my kids to do after school activities (ballet, circus, soccer). It seems trite and overstated, but if it weren't for you, my lovely loyal customers, I wouldn't be able to do what I do. MWAH.
